I have a date field which is already provided as date table, but the field type is text, and whenver I try to make it to date field it runs for a good amount of time and give me errors that some rows cannot be convereted into datetime fields, My Financial year starts at April of each year and ends at March next year, how can I derive fiscal quaters, fiscal months, and fiscal year from my existing date is there any safe way to do this?

It's not feasible to use it in text format, please convent the text to date using DAX first:
