How can I achieve this level of filtering?

Hello guys I have three slicers on a report

1.Is for the day 

2.is for the hour of day

3.is for the minute in the hour

I am having trouble with getting number  3 to work , it doesnt actually filter anything  

I am using dax functions on columns I made (I have made surethat edit interactions is on)

TimeMinutes = FORMAT('ETL vw_rpt_ExecutionLog_DurationAndDates'[StartDT],"nn")

Should have work. Unless the filter is not coming from the same column as expected or edit interaction issue (which you have already checked). If possible please share a sample pbix file after removing sensitive information.Thanks.

I feel so stupid right now 😣 , I used values from other tables on the slicers 
they are working now...
