I need a solution, if the order count is 2 or more, I need to see the latest order date.

If it is what you want, you can try this measure:
maxdate = var _max= MAXX(ALL('Table'[order date]),'Table'[order date])
return IF(SELECTEDVALUE('Table'[order counts])>=2, _max,SELECTEDVALUE('Table'[order date]))
