How To Get Average Which Exclude Repeat Value?

I encountered one problem about average, as below:

  table is listed by WeekNum, so repeated month No. will be shown, then when calcuate average by month, it will be error.

  any solution to exclude this?  thanks a lot!

Week	Month	Data
WK01	1	11		average Should Be
WK02	1	11		11.5
WK03	1	11
WK04	2	12		But, actually
WK05	2	12		11.4

avergageX(summarize(table,table[Data]),[Data])

or
avergageX(summarize(table,table[Month],table[Data]),[Data])
