How To Display Row Header Below Value
I think you can with New Card. You can also embed a SVG image in a measure and show the image in the card if you want something more exciting than a emoji 😊
Hi Manikumar34, I specifically need a measure similar to what you show above, but with an up/down arrow that changes color, depending on whether the variance is positive/negative. I am going to look more into the New Card mentioned above. Thanks!

on the new card you should change the position from Callout Values>Label>Position>Below Value. On the old card visual is default.I don't think formatting icons on new card visual is possible. I haven't used it, work around and see if it works. But if you want to do soemthing similar with old visual then you will have create a measure and use that on another card to display the icons. Format and group both the visuals to look like one visual.
