Hello Family,
I am trying to create a month-year time based performance bar chart covering three years of performance between two companies. The report should be a stacked bar chart that displays months and years as shown in the example below.
The second snapshot was from a template I found online but only allows one series.
Thanks for your help in advance.
No data so I can only offer general advice. There is a stacked column chart visual, top row, second one over from the left. Put your year and then month in the axis or use a date hierarchy. Put your sales values into the Values area. Put your Company in the Legend. Drill down to month. If you have two tables with the company sales, create a central Calendar table using CALENDARAUTO and use the Date column as your Axis. Create a table for Companies and relate that to your two tables and use this new Companies table in your Legend.
Can only guess. Please see this post regarding How to Get Your Question Answered Quickly: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Community-Blog/How-to-Get-Your-Question-Answered-Quickly/ba-p/38490
