How To Correctly Design A Data Model To Filter Data on Two Parameters

I have three different data sources: Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn. I have merged these 3 queries into one named "Merged Sources."
I have another query (Backend Leads) that contains all the lead data that is to be filtered and displayed in the dashboard.
While trying to create a relationship between merged sources and backend leads, it allows me to create only one active relationship (I understand that only one is allowed). My requirement is how to create three different relationships between the merged sources and backend leads.
I want to create relationship between
- Day(Merged Sources) -- Day(Backend Leads)
- Campaign(Merged Sources) -- Campaign(Backend Leads)
- ProgramType(MS) -- FormName(BL)
I want to fetch Campaign Name,Spends from MS and Multiple Columns of Lead from BL with the filter of Day,Campaign and Program Type
What changes can be made in the data model to acheive the requirement.ISB_Data_Model.jpg
