How Power IB works with Excel?
All data is from Excel, I would like to know on how Power IB works with Excel for visualization
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Power BI works well with Excel. Once you import the data from your Excel workbooks, rest of the development process is similar to other data sources.
I suggest you go through Import Excel workbooks into Power BI Desktop

For connecting Salesforce with Power BI, I would like to know on how many ways to connect are possible.
Such as
1) using SQL query to retrieve data from Salesforce into Power BI automatically
2) using Excel VBA to retrieve data from Salesforce into Power BI automatically
3) other

To answer your question, there is a built-in connector in Power BI to connect to Salesforce - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/connect-data/service-connect-to-salesforce
