How I can grouped in column in table on power bi

I want to see the first column grouped but display those different values in the second column.

Or maybe no it´s grouped is a only see once Occidente por example

Hi,

Switch to a matrix visual and move both fields to row labels.  Also, drag some measure to the Values well.

Can you share sample data and sample output in tabular format if I am misunderstanding? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data. We can better understand the problem and help you.When uploading the files, please ensure that any sensitive information is removed to maintain data security
