How Do I Add an App

I'm trying to add an App from the App store to my Power BI, but it doesn't seem to be working. It's just a simple Microsoft App (Sales Analytics for Dynamics 365), so it shouldn't need any weird permissions. But it won't add.

I go to the App store and click 'Get it now'.

It says 'Taking you to Power BI apps to complete this process...'

Then it returns me to my Power BI home. The App I selected is now showing in the 'Recommended Apps' section, but it hasn't been installed.

If I click on the App in the 'Recommended Apps' section, it takes me to a popup which says 'Loading...' forever.

Is there a permission or something I'm missing?

Based on my test, I cannot reproduce your issue here. Could you please share the screen shot of your issue to me? Or you can create a support ticket for help.
