How Can I Replicated this Visual in PBI

I'm creating a visual to replicate some information and i'm having problems on how to replicate the informations i want. Like in order etc... 

I've created this visual in PBI with information as example, but the visual is what i want to replicate with the info i have inside PBI Desktop. 

I have this Variance already, but can't find this option as visual.

@RafaelAnnibale1 Well, that's a clustered column visual at its core. You can simply invert the range for the Y-axis to get positive below and negative on top.

I've this visual:

And i want to organize it this way:

The question is, how i do it? It need to be organized from (-) Negative is show above and (+) Positive is show below. The thing is. I dont know how to create what visual to choose to replicate the visual above
