Hello Microsoft Fabric Community,
I’m currently working on a project where I need to integrate and analyze both gaming PC sales data and performance data. I’m using Microsoft Fabric for this purpose and am looking for some guidance on how to effectively combine these two types of data.
Here are some specifics about my situation:
Data Sources: I have two primary datasets:
Gaming PC Sales Data: Includes information such as sales volume, revenue, and geographic distribution.
Gaming PC Performance Data: Contains benchmarks, hardware specifications, and user reviews.
Integration Goals:
Questions:
Data Connection: What are the best practices for connecting and integrating these disparate datasets in Microsoft Fabric?
Data Transformation: How can I transform and map these datasets to ensure they are compatible for analysis? Are there specific tools or features in Microsoft Fabric that facilitate this?
Additional Resources: If there are any tutorials, templates, or best practice guides available within Microsoft Fabric that address similar integrations, I would greatly appreciate links or references.
I’m keen to leverage Microsoft Fabric to its full potential for this analysis and would be grateful for any advice, tips, or examples from those who have tackled similar projects.
Thank you in advance for your help!
Best regards,
Hi, @Daniellemorriss
I am glad to help you.
Microsoft Fabric provides powerful data pipeline capabilities that can help us connect different data sources. You can use Azure Data Factory to create and manage these data pipelines.
You can also store your data in OneLake, which ensures that all your data is in one place for easy management and analysis.
Here are some official documentations, hope they help:

I hope my suggestions give you good ideas, if you have any more questions, please clarify in a follow-up reply.
Best Regards,
Fen Ling,
