Horizontal conditional formatting

Hello,

I attach a pbix file with a very simple matrix : https://www.dropbox.com/s/3i0k0is1b1pzgbz/test%20horizontal%20conditional%20formatting.pbix?dl=0

I need to evaluate each row of the matrix and see where the column "Quota" is bigger for one or other Brand (column "Marca"), then apply a different color where the cell "quota" is bigger.

Let me know if this is not clear. In the example, in row 1, the cell "30" should be in a different color because 30 > 10. In row 2, the cell "50" should be in a different color because 50 > 5.

Please take into account that in the real scenario I have more than 2 brands.

Any idea?

Thank you,

@Dhania_BI Solution is attached. I have added 3 measures (in the solution) and also used conditional formatting to highlight the cuota.
