Hi,
I need to load data from an excel file into a power bi model. The excel is updated on a daily basis and only contains sales data for today. Tomorrow it will be overwritten and will contain data for tomorrows sales.
I want to load the excel file daily into Power BI and create a historisation of all sales data. So every day I just want to add the newly updated sales data from the excel ontop of the historical sales data from the old versions from the excel.
How would this kind of archiving be possible?
Thanks!

Power BI has no memory* . You need to manage your snapshots in the upstream system. * Yes, there is the self referencing option but that has no safety net.
