Highlights filter visuals showing data other than selected categori

Hi, 

I have two bar charts with the same categori on the x axis and I want to hightlights filter eachother.

If I click on a categori in one chart I see all values on the chart I click on but on the other chart I see only the value of the categori i selected. The rest of the categoris shows values as 0.
How can I get a same highlight feature and showing  all values on the (non selected) chart??
