Hierarchy on Matrix Visual

The name of the task could repeat, I think you are using the name to compare and I can't figure out how to change itthen what you have is not a hierarchy, but a mess. Multi parent hierarchies are a nightmare to work with, you need to clone the children to make them unique (that sentence alone is utterly crazy)
Please provide sample data that fully covers your issue.
Please show the expected outcome based on the sample data you provided.
I understand your point, but if you take a look, I have the ID column. the ID never repeat, but I need to show the NAME column.
The case is simple, it's a hierarchy of task and I could have by example:
- Task create wall
-- Check Budget
- Task create rooftop
-- Check Budget
