this is not possible, as you can consider the pbix file being the source code.
You just can achieve what you want by sharing your insights using a Power BI app: What is a Power BI app? - Power BI | Microsoft Docs

Super Userrgadiraju555 , pbix is a development file(Power Bi desktop is a development tool), You should always share via power bi service

Many thanks for your comments. I have a peculiar problem as my users are not having power bi pro license , thats why I am sharing them complete pbix file. Do you suggest any other way I can do it?
