Hide matrix first row values

i have a matrix with 4 row levels in the following order:
account name, date,  name, service.

i want to show the values of a measure i created called remaining time only on the service level, other levels should be blank.
i tried using isinscope for the service level, but the matrix returned all blanks.
what else could i do to have the measure work to only display the values on the last level?

ISINSCOPE will work only if that specific level is expanded otherwise it will return blank.  You can see below that without expanding the rows, the matrix doesn't return any rows at all. If you want to show the value, fully expand your hierarchy.
