Hide elements based on roles (RLS)

Is is possible to show/hide an element (such as a text box, or rectangle shape) in a report based on the role of the user? I use row level security and provide an explanation to the data which differs based on the role.

Hi @Anonymous ,

To my knowledge, your requirement could not be realized current.

RLS means filters restrict data access at the row level, if a user has access to a particular row of data, they can see all the columns of data for that row. But elements such as textboxes seem to have nothing to do with data(dataset),right?

Hi @Syndicate_Admin , could you indicate that blog post you wrote about the conditional formatting to hide buttons or cards depending on the role you commented on in this thread?

Thanks a lot!
