Hide detail sheet Power Bi

In my Power Bi Desktop report I have two sheets with data and another sheet that is detailed, the problem is that the detail sheet is visible for both sheets with data and I only want the first sheet to be able to display the detail, is it possible to do this?

Hello @Spirows

1. Create Bookmarks:

a.Go to the "View" tab in Power BI Desktop and enable the Bookmarks Pane.

b.Create two bookmarks:

Bookmark 1: With the detailed sheet hidden (for the second data sheet).

Bookmark 2: With the detailed sheet visible (for the first data sheet).

2. Create Buttons for Navigation:

a.On your first and second data sheets, add navigation buttons.

b Assign the appropriate bookmark to each button:

On the first data sheet, the button should link to Bookmark 2 (detailed view).

On the second data sheet, the button should link to Bookmark 1 (hides the detail)

Hi @Spirows
If i understood you correctly you can achieve the wanted result in a few ways, one of them is using page navigator functionality.
1. Hide the details page :

2. On the main page add a page navigator:

3. Select the pages that you want to show :

4. Do the same in the details page to get the button back to the main:

In the desktop you will see still both of the pages, but after publishing just a main + button.
The pbix with the example is attached.

@Spirows

You can control the visibility of the detail sheet using bookmarks and buttons.

  1. Create Bookmarks
  2. Add Navigation Buttons
  3. Assign Actions to Buttons

💌 If this helped, a Kudos 👍 or Solution mark would be great! 🎉
