Hide column in table, but include in query

Hello - It seems as though making the font transparent or collapsing the width (doesn't work though for my result I need) may be the only solutions but I wanted to check   The field in yellow needs...

    Hi Anonymous 

    You can turn off word wrap for column header and value and shrink columns to make it disappear.
