You can modify it from format visual >> Data labels by choosing your's bar/line measure and putting "on" or "off":working perfectly on both of charts:

Hmm, my Power BI looks quite different - probably an older version. I don't have independent controls over the labels on this visual. Turning it to off turns off both labels.
