Hide a value in table when selected in Slicer

    You can try using a DAX meausre with switch funtion, Inside your switch function for each slection in slicer apply a filter for the data that you don't want to show. 
    Some thing like this

    Measure = SWITCH
    (
    Var Slicer_Selection = Seletedvalue('Table'[Column Name], 0)

    Return

    Slicer_Selection = 'Slicer Selecetion1', Filter('Table'[Column Name] <> 'Slicer Slection1'
    Slicer_Selection = 'Slicer Selecetion2', Filter('Table'[Column Name] <> 'Slicer Slection2'
