1.Make sure power bi desktop has been update to the latest version and you can access bing map via browser.

Clear by cache (Options > Data Load > Q & A Cache Options > Clear Cache), closed and reopened the application.

3. It may be related to the browser cache, please clear the browser cache and reopen it to see if this still happens.
