Helpm my visuals from appsource dosn't show in desktop app just when i publish.

Hello mates,

  I need some help, don't know what happens but my visuals from appsource dont work anymoe in my app desktop power bi, just when i publish online, what could be happening?

The text finder dont work anymore, but was fine before.

Heya Kay, 

 thank you, i was trying everything.. even check firewall, norton or something who could block the connection with BI.

Hope they fix it soon.
