Help with visualization and data prep.

Hello all,

I have a table which looks like below data set.

 

One Article can have many products based on date and Country.

 

As you see Product B07CN9D18C has a creation date after creation date of B0777J1KP1, so any rating after this date for B0777J1KP1 should be ignored.
