Help with filters

Hi, I have a table which has weekly data entered for labour. I want a way to automatically filter the last 3 weeks (I imagine with the use of something Like =now() less 21), then with these results to then give me the latest line from the report for this individual.

I.e if someone worked the last 3 weeks, then the most current line would be returned, if someone had worked only 2 weeks, then the most recent week would be returned.

In theory, list should give me a list of names of people who have worked for me in the last 3 weeks.

Is this possible to create in power bi, so that when I look at my report it will just retune this data without having to run any additional filters?

Thanks

Try This

Sales 3 month = (
VAR _Cuur_start = Maxx('Date',dateadd('Date'[Date],-21,DAY))
VAR _Curr_END = Today()
return
calculate(sum(Sales[Sales Amount]),Sales[Sales Date] >= _Cuur_start && Sales[Sales Date] <=  _Curr_END )
)
