Help with dax function

Hi all,

I have this following measure

Total Arising V2 = VAR TAB = SUMMARIZE('ENGG VW_TRM','ENGG VW_TRM'[Functional Location],"Arising",MAX('ENGG VW_TRM'[Arising])) RETURN SUMX(TAB,[Arising])

 

and how can i change this to a calcualted column

 

or how to take the measure value and create a new calculated column

Total Arising V2 = VAR _max=CALCULATE(MAX('ENGG VW_TRM'[Arising]),FILTER('ENGG VW_TRM',[Functional Location]=EARLIER('ENGG VW_TRM'[Functional Location]
)))
return IF(_max=[Arising],[Arising])

@ephramz if you have a dimension table for Functional Location then it will be easier.
