Help with a Graph That Gives Me Errors

Good afternoon

I attach the Power Bi file to google drive: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1tBqIz6Q-uaCBU5FIKZ9hWaAGX5FVok1Y/view?usp=sharing

I'm trying to get the average budgeting times per MONTH:

Avg Budgeting Time 2024 JAN = [NUMBER OF DAYS IN PRES 2024 JAN] / [2024 BUDGET QUANTITY] = 9.8
Avg Budgeting Time 2024 FEB = [NUMBER OF DAYS IN PRES 2024 FEB] / [2024 BUDGET QT: FEB] = 15.8
Avg Budgeting Time 2024 MAR = [NUMBER OF DAYS IN PRES 2024 MAR] / [2024 BUDGET QT: MAR]= 21.05
The January one takes out the entire average for all of January. February takes the average of the budgets sent until February (January and February), and the March one takes the average of the budgets sent until March (January, February and March). I would like a graph where on the X axis, you have JANUARY, FEBRUARY and March and on the Y axis, the averages of each month. It gives me the following graph with errors, it shows me the three averages in January, two in February and only one in March. I would like to correct that. What would it be like?

Thank you

Best regards.

  • Syndicate_Admin , With help from a date table joined with date of your table you need a mesure like

    YTD Sales = CALCULATE(averaged(Values(Date[Month Year]), calculate( SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]))) ,DATESYTD('Date'[Date],"12/31"))

Create YT measure like above and then divide

Excuse me for my ignorance.. what is a YT measure and a YTD measure?.

      YTD Ventas = CALCULATE(averaged(Values(Date[Month Year]), calculate( SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]))) ,DATESYTD('Date'[Date],"12/31"))

      - I don't understand the measure you put in, make the average of the dates, then a sum of quantities - What is DATEYTD for ?

      - Averaged does not exist in Power BI. Will it be "Average"?

      Thank you!

      Best regards.
