Help with Visualizing Estimation vs. Actual values + Error Range

 

Hi PBI Community,

 

I need your assistance with visualizing something similiar to this chart in Power BI. In the chart below, the blue dot represents the estimated value with a bar +/- 100% range of the estimated value with the orange dot representing the actual value. It doesn't necessarily have to be the exact same chart, but I want to show whether or not the actual value was within the estimation range.
