Help with Measures/Calculation

I have a table on the backend that is like this on the backend:

where the column perc is a set value & dependent on the fsa_cd

I need to create a table visual in Power BI that looks similar to this:

How do I create the intermediate measures & ultimately the final column- count_of_Students_after_perc)applied as ceil((perc x count_of_Student)/100)

I have only managed to create # of students = DISTINCTCOUNT(Table1[Accountids])

How do I create/convert perc as a measure so I can multiply perc with # of students

@sam245gonsalves you should create a unique table in power query for fsa_cd and percentage and then set the relationship of this new table with your student table on fsa_cd code, it will be "one to many" relationship and once it is done, from here it will be a simple calculation.

Modelling is the core of any BI tool and doing these step, you are creating a more scalable solution following best practices.
