I'm trying to create a KPI where the target Percentage is 25%. The Min is 20% and Max is 35%. I have manually entered these values in under Gauge Axis. I have created a measure that contains the actual percentage. When I put all of the info in it looks like this:

@Ritaf1983 - I worked thru the example. The issue now is that the Min, Max, Target are in a separate table from the Value.
Actually I figured that out too. My problem now is that the Gauge isn't filled. Also I'm working with percentages. The Gauge looks like this:

It is impossible to understand why the file does not work without seeing it.
Attached is a complete example with percentages included.
Therefore, either you do the same as me or you attach a link to your file so I can see where it falls.
