Help translating Countif

Hi.  New user to Power BI.  Need help translating this formula from excel.

=IFERROR(COUNTIFS(Data!$G$5:$G$26897,'North Summary FSR'!$C28,Data!I$5:I$26897,">0")/COUNTIF(Data!$G$5:$G$26897,'North Summary FSR'!$C28),"")

The information you have provided is not making the problem clear to me. Can you please explain with an example. If possible please share a sample pbix file after removing sensitive information.
