Help solving DAX problem

Ok, so I am working on a new team based commission tracker and need some helpcreating some measures. 

Hope this makes some sense!

Problem 1:

If the store achieves $25k gross profit, a commission pool of 2.5% of the stores gross profit becomes available to be shared with the staff based on their individual contribution. If the store achieves $30k this becomes 5% and then $35k, this becomes 6%. I want a formula that will show the "Commission pool" for both stores for the particular week selected (there is a calculated column for "Week Ending".  You can see this illustrated in the visual at the top of the page.

Problem 2:

I then need a measure that calculates staff "Gross Profit Contribution" for their particular store. I already have this in the matrix visual showing the right information, however it needs to be a measure so I can then calculate their earnings out of the commission pool.
