Help on chart

Is anyone could teach me how to create the following chart in PowerBI step by step please...?  Thank you😫 I have different projects with different phases would like to show as below.

From bhanu_gautam's video, it shows you how to create a gantt chart by matrix visual.

Here is a solved post with similar workaround as above, you may refer to it as well.

You can also try to add Gantt Chart by "Get more visuals".

Thank you for advice. Since by matrix visual is quite complicated for me, I have tried to use the Gantt chart visual by Microsoft as follows:-

However, I would like to make the chart like below

So may I ask that:-

1.  How to move the timeline from top to bottom

2.  How to add "wording" inside the bar to present the category

3. How to adjust the "TODAY" line's format, i.e. add words and line format
