Help need with the user requirement with data showing in one page ?

Hi All,

 

How can I fit all the reports in one page .

I have been given a sample file which looks like

Is it the best way to pull different reports in one Dashboard .?

Suggestion needed.

So I have tried to fit in one report something like that

Is there any way that the similar like view (above screenshot ) can be exported to excel with some space alocated to write free text on it (see right side of the report ?)
