Help in building a calculated summary table in Power BI

Hello,

I have 2 Fact tables - one for support requests (coming from service now) and another for jira stories.

I want to build something as follows. I have created few measures for closed count but unable to build the following table in the report. Could someone guide me with steps on how to build? I'm new to this. thanks.

Type	Created	Closed	Deferred	Completion % = Closed/Creation	Accepted (column= "N")	Completed/Closed (column= "N")	Deferred (column= "N")	Completion % = Completed (column = "Y" or "No") / Accepted (column = "Y" or "No")	Backlog
