Help formatting xVis Gantt chart

Hi there,

I am hoping someone with experitise with the xVis gantt chart will be able to help answer my questions. Snip provied.

Is it possible to remove the Parent bar (highlighted in yellow)? I want to keep the Parent in the "Name" column, so that it acts as a Title and a nice "separator". But the bar is not helpful and I would prefer that the row is blank. The only bars that are relevant are the sub-tasks.
Is it possible to remove the whole "Overall Result" row - I don't need that at all.
Is it possible to colour the bars Red/Amber/Green? For example, if I have a column of data which says that the task is "Red" - can this determine the bar colour?
