Help calculated column with Max Date if Criteria is fulfilled

Hello,

 

i have table with several incidents per month, how can i create a new column with "Max date" based on the filter of Organisation, site, company and month. Basically a column with the Max date per month (but based on the company, site and organisation condition)

below and example table, i would attach a file but i cannot find an attachement symbol.

Max Date = 
CALCULATE(
    MAX('Table'[Date]),
    FILTER(
        'Table',
        'Table'[Company]=EARLIER('Table'[Company])
        &&'Table'[Site]=EARLIER('Table'[Site])
        &&'Table'[Organisation]=EARLIER('Table'[Organisation])))
