Hi all, hope it's an easy one just struggling a little with DAX for something very simple when calculating percentages
In excel the formula is
=(C61-C62)/C61
or for what i'm doing its:
=(Total calls - Missed calls)/Total Calls
to give me the total calls answered.
I'm just struggling to replicate this, any advice?

@Anonymous sorry I gave you the wrong calculation, BTW, if you already have measure for missed call % then use then 2nd option
Answered Calls % =
1 - DIVIDE ( SUM ( YourTable[MissedCalls] ), SUM ( YourTable[TotalCalls] ) )
or
Answered Calls % =
1 - [Existing Missed Called % Measure]

Thank you so much! That's solved it 🙂
@parry2k unfortunately that's not worked the answer i'm looking for is 88% to corrallate with the missed calls percentage which is accurate as per the below.
@Anonymous Add a measure using the following expression to calculate Answered Calls %
Answered Calls % =
1 - DIVIDE ( SUM ( YourTable[TotalCalls] ), SUM ( YourTable[MissedCalls] ) )

@parry2k here's a screengrab of the columns i'm interested in. Each row is a call (indicated by the 1 in call count) and each missed call is also indicated by the 1 in the Missed Call Count column. I'm interested in the percentage answered. The percentage missed is 12% which was easy to figure out but the elusive calculation I described above to get the 88% figure or (calls answered) is what I'd like to know. Thanks for taking the time to read.
@Anonymous you need to share sample data, it is very hard to reply without knowing the data. Read this post to get your answer quickly.
