In the tutorial "Filtering the top products alongside the other products in Power BI" (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nVvlEHKr_0o), a technique is presented to display the top products (Top N) alongside other products in a report. However, the requirement here is to display only the selected products while maintaining an "Others" row that aggregates the values of the unselected products. The "Ranking" measure works correctly to display and rank the products, but we are specifically encountering issues in calculating the values for the "Others" row.
Throughout the process, various auxiliary measures were created to calculate the total sales and the sales of the selected products. The intention was to use these auxiliary measures within the main measure, but when implemented, these measures lost context and returned null or blank values only for the "Others" row. This indicated a problem with how filter contexts were being handled.
Despite multiple attempts to adjust the logic of subtraction and the removal of filters, the issue persisted solely in the calculation of the "Others" row. This row frequently returns incorrect values, null, or blank, while the rest of the report functions as expected. The challenge is to ensure that the filter context is correctly preserved, allowing the "Others" row to aggregate the values of the unselected products and sum the remaining sales accurately. Any guidance or solutions from the community to resolve this filter context issue in Power BI would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have any specific requirements or constraints for the report that might be influencing the current context issues?
Hello @Greg_Deckler, I am preparing a file with the context of my problem. When I wrote this message I had in mind to leave it free for people to contribute to the article, as I have already tried in many different ways I didn't want to share it. Now I'm making a very simple file that's faithful to the article to share with you, when it's ready I'll share it here
@WILLIAM_AFFONSO Do you have a sample PBIX that you can post via OneDrive, Box, etc?
Hello @Greg_Deckler,
Thank you for your interest in helping! However, I'm having trouble replicating the issue in the context of products as requested. I've made several attempts, but I haven't been able to reproduce the problem with the same accuracy we had in the context of elections.

However, I'm sending a .pbix file attached that demonstrates the same issue in the context of elections. In this case, the products are equivalent to the candidates, and the "Others" row represents the non-selected candidates. The problem lies in displaying the values in this row.
This file can serve as a reference to better understand the issue and collaborate in finding a solution.
Thank you in advance for your help and cooperation!
