Help, I don't understand how to filter new objects by dates

Hello! I'm new to the WORLD OF BI and I need help.

I have a table that is classified into three objects. Date, Name and Brand. I'm trying to see if the products continue month by month to continue or disappear or change brands. I know that I explain myself fatal. But an example:

MyProduct MARCH
JanuaryApplesfructose
JanuaryPearsfructose
FebruaryApplesfruco SL
FebruaryPearsFuctosa
MarchApplesFruco SL

What I mean is that I want to detect things like that in February the apples changed brands, and that in March they stopped selling pears.

How could I do this?

PS: I am new, I accept advice on how to get more into this world and how to progress ^^.

Thank you very much for your attention.
