Can anyone help support with resolving Power BI online workspace access issues? Specifically asking for my client who previously had access to the dashboard and has used hundreds of times before but as of today is receiving the below error message prompting her to upgrade to Pro -
'To use Power BI features, upgrade to a Pro license. Your org requires that your IT department assign people Power BI licenses, so contact your IT admin to request a license.'
I have a Pro license (free type but ongoing trial status) and am the admin but do not have access to assign license types nor do have any contacts who are able to. I have been informed that our external clients all have the Pro license and that is the only way they have been able to view the dashboard from the beginning. I have attempted to share the specific user link and provided the Power BI tenant URL however the below error messages are what my client has received again. Does anyone know if there could have been an issue/glitch with my client's account to cause this or know of any solutionsto this?

@alexijackson2 , You can not share reports with other users outside the tenant
You need to use Azure B2B- https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/admin/service-admin-azure-ad-b2b
