Heatmap with Multiple Colors in each State

I am trying to create one heatmap that would have different colors within in each state for 3 groups of customers. I have a set of data showing revenue by customer by state and would like the heatmap...

    Hi Adam17 ,
    You could group customers into 3 group and color it according to customer group .As suggeted you could you 3rd party visual or filled map visual in power bi .

Are you referring to the Filled Map visual or a third party visual?

    The filled map visual but if a third party option will be better I am open to using one.
