Heat Map

Hi

I have been using the HeatMap with Postcode and GrossValue. The first picture shows how the heat map appears, then if I zoom it the points disappear, that is shown in 2nd picture. It is the same in PowerBI desktop and also in the Service/the workspace I publish. I do not want the points to disappear. Can anyone please let me know if there is a solution for this?

HI @Beulah,

It sounds like you are work with a third party custom visual and its data points disappear when you use zoom features.

In my opinion, I'd like to suggest you contact the custom visual author to report this scenario and get further support.
