Heat Map clutter

As you can see on the heatmap, there's 8 different IDs for the Yellow dot and 7 for the Red dot. However, in some cases, when I bring in a larger text as the details, less show (in which I assume because of the real estate of the heatmap). I was wondering what's the max number "IDs" I can have for 1 dot/score.

In the case where I have 15 IDs with the same scoring, only 7 or 8 will populate. How can I show all 15?

you can't avoid the grouping.  If you don't like the way Power BI does it then you need to preaggregate yourself, and concatenate labels (for example)
