Have YTD and months in same bar chart

I am trying to replicate an excel chart into Power BI. I was wondering if it was possible to have YTD in Line, and months in bar chart? In addition, can I have last year avg count of incidents and present year YTD?

@Anonymous , The bar, and line are easily possible using your measure say M1

M1 as bar

calculate([M1], datesytd(Date[Date])) //With help from date table

But for the other two, you have referred trick

To get the best of the time intelligence function. Make sure you have a date calendar and it has been marked as the date in model view. Also, join it with the date column of your fact/s. Refer :radacad sqlbi My Video Series Appreciate your Kudos.
