Hammertech Web Link

Hi All.
I am trying to plugin Hammertech to Power BI, however I can't get to the stage of asking for API key, or login / password.
I have googled with no luck, can anyone help.
Hammertech has sent their instructions. Hammertech Instructions 

I have followed with no luck.
