HTML in Power BI reporting (Basically to convert an interactive Website into a Report)

Quick Question guys,

I come from a UI/UX background and have been involved creating inrteractive websites for multiple companies. Im in data now (Power BI specifically) and I wanted to ask the community if its possible to integrate HTML/CSS into a report. Specifically, short videos THAT DO NOT require the report viewer to PRESS the Play button. I just want the viewer to hover on the video and it starts playing. Kind of like tooltips.  

A great example would be the link below for Apple VisionPro!  Apple Vision Pro - Apple

 

As you scroll down, the short videos will play when you hover around them.

Hi @ImeasureStuff 
As I know it is possible to integrate HTML, but the user needs to press "play".
