HR Organization level security

Hello,

I am working on a company attrition dashboard where I want to apply Org/Business group level security, so that who so ever opens that dashboard will see only his/her organization. like - if HR director is opening the dashboard they will see all their HR org.  If the same dashboard is opened by someone else they should see only their org, not anyone else.

I want to use some generic security because I can not add everyone's email id since the headcount is in multiple 1000s. I am thinking to apply some logic like business group, segment, or service line if possible.

that's not a good enough reason. You will have to do that anyway when you want to map users to orgs.
